What do I need to get started?
All you need is a logo for us to configure the website for you. You will need to register a domain name, ie: www.yourshop.com to point to the shop. We can help you with this process.

Do I need a merchant ID to begin trading?
No. All sales will be processed by i-Pay and each account is settled monthly. If you have a merchant ID, we can configure the site to work directly with this. Please enquire for details.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. We work on a fixed set up cost of £350 for your website together with a fixed hosting subscription of £20 per month. On top of this we pass on card handling costs as charged to us (50p or 2.7%) and a low commission on your sales (3-5%, depending on turnover).

How do I pick up my orders
You will receive an email when an order is placed prompting you to go to your Content Management System. Here you will be able to view the order, process it for your records or carry out a refund if necessary.

Chargebacks
In the case of a cardholder either denying participating in a transaction or claimimg that they have not received the goods ordered we may require proof of delivery. In either case we will need to turn the query around within 3 days of notification.
